As a peer reviewer for Education Research and Perspectives, you are part of a valued community of experts. The peer review process is vital in ensuring that education practices are based on valid research evidence.
Reviews of papers submitted to the Journal must be objective evaluations of the work presented. If you are unable to evaluate a paper impartially, you should not accept the invitation to review, or should notify the Editor as soon as this becomes apparent. If you have any personal, professional or financial conflicts of interest in reviewing a manuscript sent to you, you must indicate these on submitting your review. If you believe that you are not qualified to evaluate some aspect of the work, you should inform the Editor in your review. Reviews should be written in a constructive manner, and should avoid personal comments. The Journal reserves the right to edit out comments that will hinder constructive discussion of manuscripts. The review process for the Journal is anonymous; the identity of reviewers is never disclosed to authors. You should lodge your review on the form provided here.
